Step #2. Now from here, you may drag an individual note to any folder in the left-most column. You may also right-click and then use the Move to option.
For recovering all recently deleted notes, select all deleted notes by clicking on one individual note from second column and then pressing Command(⌘) + A. Now Control-click or right-click and then click on Move To. You may also just drag all selected notes to a folder to recover them.
How to Restore Deleted Notes on iPhone Using Backup
It is always a good idea to make regular backups of your devices. You may do so using Finder on Mac or iTunes on PC. You can also conveniently use iCloud backup. If you have an important note that you believe might be in an old backup, you may restore it to your device.
Third-party tools like Dr. Fone, iMyFone, and PhoneRescue also let you recover the deleted note from iTunes backup.

If you are the owner of a shared note and if you delete it, then it is removed from the Notes app of everyone you shared it with. You (and only you) can recover it from the Recently Deleted folder.
If you are a participant and delete a note that was shared with you, it is removed from your Notes app and does NOT go inside Recently Deleted. It is neither deleted from the owner’s notes or any other participant’s. To open this note again, you will have to click the original link that the owner shared.
